I have a Massage Diploma lev. 3 and a Sport Massage lev.4. 200 h Yoga teacher training and a more than 20 years of experience as professional athlete.I have more than 8 years of practice both in professional and private settings. I am specialised in tailored therapies, created in order to help you gaining the most of our meeting. I can give you nutrition and personal training advices, especially on calisthenics workouts. I am based in Central London, I can both do onsite and offsite – mobile massages in and around London. I provide extremely professional service, organic oils, candles and incense.I also provide meditation, ballet, dance, movement, breathing and stretching classes, which can be delivered in person or on line.
