Prices and Payment; Using CityRubs is free for clients who are seeking for a massage service, but there are some Services for which Users will be charged a fee. Masseurs will have a free trial period set by cityrubs. The trial period can last up to one year. If you pay for a Service, you will be given the chance to review and accept terms that will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Prices and availability of Services are posted on the Site and are subject to change without notice. We may amend or update prices at any time by posting new prices on the Site. Payments may be made by credit or debit card and paypal. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to standard validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer to comply with international anti-money laundering regulations before releasing payment. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, your order will be cancelled. Cityrubs will not be held liable for the cancellation, and/or for any related fee incurred, and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. By using your credit or debit card, you confirm that the card is yours and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the charges. Users on a subscription using paypal are to Cancel their Subscription on their Paypal in the same time as Cityrubs Account. As payment will not stop the preapproved payments Unless you cancel it
Due to the nature of the Services, any refunds made are at the sole discretion of Cityrubs, on a case by case basis.
Services; The following are prohibited to be advertised Ads of sexual nature or offering sexual services. Note – We reserve the right to require proof of qualifications for any type of service offered on the website
Minors: Publishing a personal profile is prohibited to anyone under the age of 18. Any link (or any invitation to use a search engine to find this link) to another website or blog. Profile that contain images of full nudity and sexual or suggestive positions. Advertising suffocation, slavery, forced intercourse, rape, intoxication, abuse, drugs, torture. We do not allow more than 1 man in an image. We will not accept ads seeking escort services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cityrubs disclaims any warranties for viruses or other harmful components in connection with the Cityrubs site or the service.
