Some moments may be painful, and it’s my belief we have to “feel it to heal it.” I have studied in Chiang Mai, Thailand with several masters of Thai Massage, as well as at the Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing in Southern California. I am a 200hr RYT with Infinite Source Yoga.A lot of the postures and stretches may be difficult for extra large body types, but we can modify accordingly. Massage can stimulate ***ual energy and arousal. We work with the energy and move it throughout the body with breath and touch in our sessions. I like to enhance my deep therapeutic work with sensual and loving touch. We also store emotions in our bodies, and deep Bodywork can unlock old emotions for processing.
