I am a qualified Level 6 Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist based in London, with over 9 years’ experience specialising in myofascial release, deep tissue work, injury recovery, posture correction, and performance-focused bodywork.

My treatments combine clinical knowledge with intuitive, slow, and deeply restorative massage techniques. I work with clients from all walks of life, including those managing sports injuries, chronic tension, stress, and mobility restrictions.

Alongside clinical work, I also offer a more relaxation-focused and mindful bodywork experience, influenced by tantric principles of breath, presence, and full-body awareness. This approach is about helping the body fully release tension and reconnect with a deeper sense of relaxation and ease.

Every session is adapted to the individual — whether your goal is recovery, relaxation, or a combination of both.

I work primarily from clinic spaces in Waterloo and Wimbldedon. Currently I am also able to do visits to your home or hotel.
