I am a qualified massage therapist, trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Advanced Therapeutic Techniques. Alongside my professional training, I bring years of experience in meditation, breathwork, Tantra and embodied wellbeing practices.
My approach blends therapeutic massage with mindful, conscious touch to support physical relaxation, emotional wellbeing and greater body awareness. Every session is tailored to your individual needs and offered in a safe, inclusive and non-judgemental space for people of all genders and the LGBTQ+ community.
